Login to Gmarks using your Google Account. If you don't have a Google Account click here to create one.
To sync between Gmarks and your computer you can install Google toolbar for Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.
To sync bookmarks in other browsers you can use a bookmarklet to add bookmarks. Then use the web interface to access and manage your bookmarks.
Another option for Google Chrome users is to use a bookmark extension such as YAGBE
